Artist's Description
I actually built this house with my own two hands. I am very proud of it. Since putting it up a few years ago we get many tenants, all small birds and all such fun to have for neighbors. After they vacate we remove the bottom, clean out the old nest and put it back together for the next feathered family to call home. We never have to wait long for takers either. Once we even had a wasp nest built in it but we evicted the unwanted renters. This little sparrow just used the house for a decoy nest but that was OK by me. I didn't have to tip toe underneath it while the babies were growing. They still made a nest and kept it just as if they were living there.
