I am calling this quaint little shack on Deer Island in New Brunswick a "Lobster Shack" because it conjures up visions in my head of a lobster fisherman keeping this shed for his cages and other fishing needs to get his job done. I imagine this little hut on a pier has seen many a boat and/or cage repair in it's day and by the looks of it this Lobster Shack has stood a long long time and has been lovingly maintained too. I love the cages piled up on the rock leading to the shack and then neatly stacked on the pier outside the shed. There is a real sense of organization here.
