Before there were computers and video games or nervous parents there was neighborhood fun and activity. Even in the winter. A frozen lake, a pair of skates, your pal next door or down the road and the world is your playground.
Let's get our kids away from the TV's and monitors, out of the house and back to good old fashioned fun. They will grow up fast enough and how sad for them to become adults without youthful memories. They deserve better.
