Description
One of my newest bird friends in the yard stopped by for a few peanuts this morning. I like to break open a few nuts and keep them aside for him because that cute little red beak has troubles breaking open the shell. I'm not saying he can't do it but the truth is that it is work for him and he appreciates my little act of kindness just for him. So this morning he posed for a few photos. I wanted to get a portrait of him just as I have for Buzz the blue jay. I am pleased with this image so I would say he more than earned his breakfast this morning. Don't you?
