Every Thursday and Saturday it is tradition for many families in Ontario to drive to St. Jacobs Market for the day. At one time it was run by the Mennonite community but now it is big business. Of course you can still get a glimpse of a horse drawn carriage here and there and the Mennonite women still work there. Outside the market is the farmers market with farm fresh produce. It is a tasty color temptation for all who wander the booths. I dare you not to get an urge to munch on an apple or pear on the car ride home.
